Is KDF Shortlisted Candidates PDF List Out?
The Kenya Defence Force, KDF, has finally announced the names of the shortlisted candidates for the various positions and set the dates for interviews after several months of waiting for applicants.
Candidates who are interested in learning if they have been shortlisted are urged to go to the Ministry of Defense website, where all the names and ID information have been released.
The source claims that this will be the first group of recruits to the military to include General Service Officer Cadets (graduate degree holders), Specialist Officers, General Duty Recruits, Tradesmen and Women, and Defence Forces Constables.
Kenya Defence Forces Shortlist Update
The recruiting process will take place nationwide on predetermined dates in November. The public is therefore informed, according to the job advertisement.
The Kenya Defence Force, or KDF, took a step further and issued orders to prevent incidents of fraud and cheating during the recruitment process. They stated that those chosen would be informed via a Gazette release.

Checking names on the site is now possible for those who applied for the recruitment. You can download the list as a PDF file, scroll through it, and check to see if your name is on the list of Kenya Defence Force Shortlisted Candidates.

Find and click the download option that displays the names of candidates who have been shortlisted.

Instructions for the interview will be given to those who are selected. All the KDF Shortlisted Candidates will be interviewed prior to the start of training.
Please keep in mind that paying for recruiting into the Kenyan Defense Forces is prohibited. Avoid paying money to con artists who pose as KDF officers and beg you to do so in exchange for them helping you land a job.
