The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has officially announced that a rigorous training exercise will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates. This training program is specifically designed for those candidates who successfully cleared the recently concluded screening procedure. However, all successful candidates are required to attend the physical training without any exceptions.

The training exercise is expected to be intensive and comprehensive, aiming to equip the candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge on what they need to know before joining the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.

The duration of the training program is estimated to be up to two weeks. During this period, candidates will be subjected to various physical activities, drills, and simulations to enhance their physical fitness, endurance, and overall performance.

NSCDC Training Centers & Camps for 2023

The centers include the NSCDC Zonal Command Headquarters in Kaduna, Games Village in Bauchi, Federal University Lafia in Nasarawa State, NSCDC Training School in Oji River, Enugu State, Civil Defence College of Security Management – Abeokuta, and NABTEB (National Business and Technical Examinations Board), Benin, Edo State.

The training will take place at various Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps training camps across the country, including the Federal Capital Territory.

Required Documents & Materials

NSCDC Training Camp Requirements:

  • Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs – Your name must be written boldly on the back of your passport photographs.

  • One flat file jacket, white.

  • Birth certificate/age declaration

  • Form of guarantor duly completed

  • Origin certification

  • Academic qualifications

Candidates who do not attend the training camp will be disqualified automatically.
